Yoga is an accessible practice of harmonizing body, mind and breath using physical poses, breathwork and mindfulness to help you feel stronger, and more flexible. If you’re new to yoga, I’ll guide you on your beginning steps. If you’re a more experienced practitioner, I’ll help you to refine your poses.
If you’re managing specific health concerns, your session may include therapeutic aspects of Yoga and/or Personal Training based on your individuals needs and goals.
