Classes will include:
•Mindful Warm up
•Strengthening exercises
•Review of basic elements of each pose
•Intermediate and classical versions of each pose
•Relaxation
You will prepare and practice the 12-yoga pose regimen as well as strengthening exercise. Any individual concerns about the poses, as well steps and tools you will need to move forward, will be addressed.
*These classes are In-Person. The classes are not recorded. There are no make ups.
