In each of the first 4 classes there will be a focus on 3 of the twelve poses and will include:
•Mindful Warm up
•Preparatory strengthening exercises
•Review of basic elements of each pose
•Intermediate and classical versions of each pose
•Relaxation
In the 5th class, you will prepare for and practice for the whole 12-yoga pose regimen! Afterwards, we’ll address individual concerns about the poses as well as next steps and tools to move forward in your commitment to your bone strength.
